Direct Works members praised Sysmax and its “Compliance as a Service” platform Benchmax

Direct Works identified Sysmax as the recommended software to help social housing companies meet all the requirements in the Hackitt Report and the Building Safety Act. Towards the end of the Direct Works pilot project in November 2022, Sysmax received fantastic feedback from the pilot members.

Karbon Homes and  Citizen Housing praised Sysmax for placing all competency and compliance information in one centralised platform. This made it straightforward for front-line operatives and managers across the organisation to recall and demonstrate compliance and competency information on an individual and team level as and when needed.

Mears Group were able to use Sysmax’s “Benchmax” product to deliver rapid benefits after only a short implementation and learning phase – delivering ProQual Fire Door Safety Training Installation Qualifications to their front-line teams. They also use Benchmax as an LMS (Learning Management System) to deliver training, and demonstrate workforce competency and compliance.

Bernicia Homes said Sysmax’s Benchmax platform – which delivers Compliance and Competence as a Service (CaaS) – “efficiently handled many of their team leaders’ responsibilities”. Berneslai Homes’ feedback was that Benchmax would “benefit any and all social housing or construction organisations with multiple trades, and would encourage other social housing sector organisations to take advantage of Benchmax in their own organisations”.
