The information on this page is specifically for users of the Benchmax mobile application which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store from the link below:
If you wish to receive a copy of the data or delete the data we hold on you as an individual please contact benchmaxsupport@sysmax.com with a request.
Please provide the following information in your e-mail.
- Username
- Full Name
- Organisation Name
- E-mail address if not e-mailing from the e-mail associated with the account requested for removal
If we have any doubts about the identity of the person making the request we may ask for more information. We will only ever request information that is necessary to confirm who the individual requesting the data is. We will not comply with a deletion request until confirmation of the user’s identity is satisfactory.
Once we have verified the request we will action the deletion request within 5 working days.
Once the deletion request has completed the following types of data are deleted from the system:
- Username
- E-mail address,
- Full Name
- Job title
- Working location
The following types of data are retained only if they exist for the user.
- Course attendance records
- Compliance checks
There are legal and contractual implications to removing this data and removal of this data will require authorisation from the organisation that the user works for.
